Oki gneiss

Oki gneiss is a metamorphic rock formed by high temperature and high pressure when the rock is drawn deep into the ground. It is a rock from an extremely long time ago, and while metamorphism took place in the Mesozoic era, the formation of a rock before the metamorphism is considered to go all the way back to the Precambrian era.
